"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Diagnostic through repair - the technician was communicative, efficient, respectful and VERY tidy. The cost of the repair was reasonable, I would definitely work with this company again on any/all of my appliance repair needs."

"We just completed a seismic retrofit of our 1910 house and were getting ready to have the siding replaced. Since we had gone to the expense and effort to retrofit the house, we also wanted to install and earthquake valve on our gas line to shut the gas off in the event of an earthquake. Additionally, we needed to add more clearance between the house and the gas line to accommodate the new siding.

I contacted Evan Conklin after researching on Angies List. He seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also seems to not play the weird pricing game that some of the larger plumbing companies give. He gave me a price estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment.

I had to move the appointment one due to a scheduling conflict, he was very polite and accommodating.

The plumber that came to do the work was very polite and knowledgeable. He performed the work quickly, explained everything we was going to do, made sure I was happy with the placement of the pipes. After he was finished he had to go in the house to make sure all the gas appliances were re-lit and working. He even went to the extra effort of making sure I wans trained on how to relight our water heater pilot.

In the end, the price was less than the estimate, which is rare, but obviously welcome.

Overall, a good experience. I'm relatively new to Seattle, and have not had much plumbing work done here, but I think I have found my plumber for when I do in the future."

"knowledgeable man and did the work per the coupon special plus was upfront on cost needed to replace parts which was very reasonable.  Educated me on water cycle and amount of water needed.   "

"These guys were great! They were always on time, responsive to my questions and txt messages, worked together with me to design the garden patio area and did a skillful and artistic job of installation. You can tell they all like their jobs and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them."

"When I called the owner I explained what needed to be done. He came out within 2 days. He was finishing a prior job and scheduled work for the following week. They did all the cleanup the first day , trimmed bushes, moved plants and planted new ones the next day, plus laid bark and then edged and mowed the yard. They were very thorough, cleaned up everything, and left me a beautiful yard."

"Jerod did a fantastic job installing my pellet stove"

"Lionel and his team were great to work with for the renovation of my basement (new flooring and trim work) and a completely new bathroom. Highlights for me, the crews were on time, courteous and professional. The work looks great, really pleased with the end product. I already have talked with them about a couple other projects."

"Overall the process was good. From Ryan coming out and getting a design made up quickly from what I told him I wanted to Jose and the crew installing the Paver Patio everything went smooth and the timeline was maybe a couple of weeks. I'd definitely hire them again. Thanks again!"
