"Some of the worst service and product I have ever received. Drapes did not fit the windows after the roomsbeautiful "specialists" did their measurements. Drapes arrived crumpled into a small box- which require professional steaming and ironing to straighten. Even so, they tell me if can do it myself, and the drapes looks even worse after ironing. The lining that THEY selected for me looks like reflective trash bags up in my windo from outside. I also expressed concern that I should only get one window treated first as a test, before committing to all 5- and the roomsbeautiful agent persuaded me to just do all 5. So I spend 2000 on these Drapes, which I will never in a thousand years put up in my home. And they won't accept refunds, and they only take zelle payments which cannot be reversed or argued. So WARNING: do not trust this company, and do NOT give them your money!!!"

Katherine specializes in soft window coverings, bedding ensembles, indoor/outdoor cushions and pillows and light upholstrey. She has been designing and making window treatments since 2005 and puts a priority on learning the finest techniques and innovations so that you the client get the best options for beauty and function. Katherine is a Certified Window Treatment Consultant from the WCAA and takes trips all around the U.S. to attend workshops and learn more about her passion of window treatment design. I love helping each client with their challenges and finding a solution that is not only beautiful but functional and on budget. Charges for my design service $45/hour and a trip fee if you live on another island $75
