Jamie ( owner ) came and gave an estimate within a day of my call of inquiry. He was friendly and professional providing answers to questions and giving further insight on my metal roof that hadn't been cleaned in 5 years - lots of pine needles, twigs and a good coating of dried algae. The job was performed that same week over a 2 day period. Jamie did the bulk of the work himself. Metal roofs are extremely dangerous to be on let alone when your power washing them. He made sure to take safety precautions ( tie down). It took 5 1/2 hours to complete the work . I only give a " B " on pricing because I didn't bid out, trusting The List and supporting a local business instead here. Perhaps this service could be performed cheaper. Bottom line roof looks great !

They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves.

Jamie, and all his crew, were extremely professional and genuinely cared that the project was completed to our satisfaction! Job was done over several days so that it was done correct...and not just rushed. Fair prices, great reputation, clean-cut staff, excellent work ethic....yep, definitely will keep Harbor Home Pro in my address book for future projects. Thanks HHP!

From the time of contact professional, polite and a great work ethic. The quality of work was far superior to prior companies doing this service. He was conscientious and wanted to make sure you were completely satisfied with the project done. A refreshing experience. I confidently recommend them and will be using them for future projects.

Workers were on time and courteous.  They did a good job and I have no complaints.  I was the last customer they would travel this far for with the Angies list coupon.

I scheduled Harbor Pro to do some work at my mother's home in Port Orchard.  They did a fabulous job on all the work that they did. I was not at the house on the day that the work was done so there was some misunderstanding with my mother.  What most positively impressed me was how, when there was a communication problem and I had some concerns they addresses them immediately. I had a good phone conversation with the owner Jaime.  It is really tough to get good people to help on projects for senior adults and for them not to feel that they are being taken advantage of.  Jaime was incredibly fair at resolving any problems.  The work that his crew did made my Mom very happy and that makes me happy too.  I certainly plan to use them in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

They did a very good job.  They had great customer service and willing to talk.

ld contractor hemmed and hawed about coverage issues, ie: they under Angies List agreement would only cover so much and it appeared we had more pavement than contracted for.  while he eventually went ahead and did what we wanted, we did not have the siding cleaned as it would entail addtl costs.  we would in all likelihood use Cougar Pressure Washing or another company next time as their coverage is more complete albeit slightly more expensive due to overall square footage.

That turned out great. They were professional and worked within the time frame that they promised. They did this service on a 2 story home.

We were staging our house for sale and the driveway and walk were dingy.  Harbor Home Pro came by and powerwashed them.  Both areas look beautiful - they did an excellent job.

Right on time, extra $20 for porch was worth it! Really professional and courteous folks.
