Small jobs welcome

"I had a full bathroom remodel done by Burlingame. I was referred by a friend of mine and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The crew was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Burlingame was easy to work with and assisted in the design choices along the way. When unexpected things came up, they always do, prompt notification was provided and any issues were addressed. I plan on having Burlingame remodel the guest bathroom and kitchen in the future. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and final product. I highly recommend their services!"

"Everything went well and Phil was very easy to work with. They redesigned the deck a bit to give it a more open look below. Phil had some ideas giving it a little more modern look that we liked. It was quite a challenge to take out 18 tons of cement but the crew handled it very well. The only real delay on the project was the sub-contractor for the railing and gutter system that put us back about two weeks. Phil's team could be counted on to be on-site when they said they would. The quality of work from Phil's group and sub-contractors was very good. Attached are some photos to get a feel for the work."

"Cody did an amazing job! He is incredibly professional, hardworking, and reliable. He also helped me with all the floor lingo when communicating with the flooring supplier. He did such an amazing job with the laminate pattern to make it look like natural wood floors. My floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier with the final result!"

"The man I talked to was very professional and timely. However, he explained that this particular job was beyond the scope of what their company does. I would certainly use them on another 'issue'.

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

The best way to start designing a house is to know what you want before designing. Making a list of your biggest priorities in a home will help. Designing a house without an idea of what you need or want in a home will lead to many trials and errors that could make it harder to figure out what you need in your design.

The process typically takes 2-6 weeks, depending on the project size and level of customization.

Costs depend on project complexity, materials, labor, permits, and required revisions.

Absolutely! You can tailor the design to meet your specific needs and preferences. Whether it's adding amenities, adjusting dimensions, or choosing different materials, customizing your storm shelter ensures it suits your family's requirements and offers the utmost comfort and safety during severe weather. So go ahead and create a shelter that perfectly fits your unique needs!

Make sure you’re getting the right size to meet your space needs, including enough space both side to side and vertically to accommodate your RV’s features and allow you to safely move it in and out of the garage.

If you’re building an attached and enclosed garage for your RV, you’ll also want to give some thought to whether you’d like to add workspace, water or electricity, or additional storage. If so, you’ll need a garage with larger dimensions.
