He thoroughly swept the chimney and cleaned up better than any outfit we have had over the 30 years we have owned our home. He was part way up the inside of the chimney taking pictures, as well as from the roof top and outside. He found some serious problems which the technician, from the last three years and from a different company, never found. In fact, I don’t ever recall pictures being taken of the inside of our fireplace and chimney. We have hired them to do all of the necessary repairs and I will update my review after all work is done
