To avoid being late by way of an employee that was understandably behind do to a rain storm he showed up hisself! He did an inspection, a sweep and a sprucing up of the fire place with a fresh coat of paint all in two hours!!! He even checked my drier vents as he is â full serviceâ !!!! And just like thatâ ¦. "Jared is fantastic! Super prompt scheduling & thorough communication right from the start. He was able to come out much sooner than I expected. He was running a little later than he thought on the day of the appointment & let me know right away, which was fine. He is very personable & knowledgeable, and his work is efficient & clean. No surprise costs, everything was as previously agreed to. Even though I wasn't paying for the furnace or A/C to be cleaned he still took the time to look at them & show me what he found, for future reference. The whole cleaning process only took two hours, and we got to see how filthy everything had been plus the random objects he'd found in the ducts. As a new homeowner of a 'light fixer' I was relieved to have such a painless experience!
