We have a selected staff of State Certified Residential Appraisers with years of experience on bank appraisals, divorces, pre-listing, estate settlements, insurance claims, donation value of real estate, private sales, waterfront, equestrian, and much more. We focused on residential properties only including residential vacant land. Our fees start at $350 for a desktop appraisal, full appraisals starts at $550.

The building had an addition where the roof stepped down, and rather than making a drop to a lower gutter, which would have led to a clogging point, we decided on two downspouts. Marco, the young man who did the actual work, was great! He went over the order with me to confirm that what he was told to do fit my recollection. He is a courteous, friendly guy, who was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work fast, and left no debris of any kind behind. The gutters are solid and well-set. Perfect job."
