Excellent from start to finish. Wayne came out for the estimate, and took care to match the color on already existing trim, as best as he possibly good. The building had an addition where the roof stepped down, and rather than making a drop to a lower gutter, which would have led to a clogging point, we decided on two downspouts. Marco, the young man who did the actual work, was great! He went over the order with me to confirm that what he was told to do fit my recollection. He is a courteous, friendly guy, who was a pleasure to deal with. He did the work fast, and left no debris of any kind behind. The gutters are solid and well-set. Perfect job.

The entire transaction went above and beyond our expectations. Wayne was quick to come out and determine what our gutters needed. He provided what I thought was a fair quote for the amount of work needed on the spot. His team executed the job on time and on budget. final product came out to be good, but had some issues in the beginning with the communication, and they had 3 visits to fix the issues, but happy with the results and they worked out on the issues to solve it

Great. After initial call, Wayne came out to do estimate the same day (he was in the neighborhood - I was impressed but this may have just been luck). We walked the property and discussed details and options. I shared my concerns and preferences, which were perhaps a little more complicated than a simple, standard setup (I wanted to drain most water off the roof to one side of the house where we had good/multiple sewer connections). Wayne listened, offered his opinions and said he would email me an estimate later. Got the estimate within 24 hours. Cost was quite a bit below other estimates. When the work started, crew arrived on time, they were open to discussing minor implementation details and options. They worked for 2 days and completed everything. Checked with me on a few details as they came up, followed my preferences. Results look great and (so far) all seems to be working exactly as I had hoped. This is a family business, somewhat "old school" - and I mean that as a compliment. No slick marketing materials, no BS. It appears they have been at this for a long time. Wayne seems to be the owner/boss, gutter work was done by Spencer and Brian (his sons?). Work quality seems very good. They cleaned up the site afterwards, were easy to work with and seemed professional. My only disappointments were that it took several weeks between the initial contact/estimate/green-light and when the work began (during this time, we started to get a lot of rain). But I can't fault them for being busy during a busy time of the year (November-December, when everybody probably wants gutters fixed). Wayne was honest from the start about how far out they were booked, and he stuck to his initial target date for the project, so I can't complain about that. The day after I set up our work with them, my next door neighbor asked if I could recommend anyone for some minor gutter repairs. Integrity did that work for him on the same day they were here for our gutters. Neighbor is also very happy with the results. I'd definitely call these guys again if/when I needed gutter work. Old school, in the good way. Now when it rains, I can relax and worry about other things.

First of all, I rarely ever fill out these feedback/rating forms (last time was probably 2 years ago or longer). However, I could not be happier with the work done. After getting multiple bids, I settled on Integrity Gutters due to competitive pricing and thorough answers Wayne gave to all of my questions. Wayne and Spencer do high quality work. Would rate an A+ if it were possible...

Wayne provided a detailed estimate with various options we had discussed individually priced out. I am very comfortable that I received a fair bid for the project we agreed to.

Spencer completed the teardown and complete installation in less than 2 days. His workmanship is very professional.

A small communication snafu to start things; but very apologetic and professional.  Wayne arrived on time, suggested what needed to be done whether he did the job, or someone else, in the event of a drain blockage.

Job scheduled for Thursday.  Wayne called Wednesday to ask if someone could come by and do prep work.  All old gutters removed by Spencer Wednesday in quick time, and totally cleaned up.

Thursday, Spencer arrived and did a wonderful job installing. I arrived home and work was complete, again scrupulously cleaned up.

The work looks excellent! All gutters and downspouts were properly placed and sloped. I had a tight deadline and Wayne went out of his way to ensure that the work was completed in time. Wayne was very good at communicating. (We have a long email thread full of my questions and his thorough answers.) On the day of the service Spencer did an excellent job and cleaned up well after completing the work. A very good value for the work done.
