"Our house is substantially larger than what they based the promotion price on, so we had to get an estimate for the additional charges. Not a problem in concept, but it took a significant amount of time, and multiple phone calls to get the manager to swing by for the estimate. Once the estimate was provided and the team showed up to do the work, they did a decent job, and a reasonable job of cleaning up for themselves - EXCEPT: they missed one of their pressure-washing wands. I contacted them to let them know that they had left it, and said I would leave it outside by the hose-bib, where it would be easy to find. They acknowledged, saying someone would swing by soon. It's now 4 months later, and still sitting there. If they're that careless with their equipment, were they really that careful with my roof?"

The overflowing gutters had flooded the inside of my metal building. Richard made clear what he would do and the firm price. The job took longer than a half day, so he came back the following morning just as promised. Richard is a great communicator, does meticulous work, and exceeded my expectations.
