Marr's Heating and Air Conditioning

I called Marr's for an estimate for a new furnace/ac. Kyle came out and instantly impressed us with his expertise, thoroughness and friendly demeanor. He explained, in detail, the equipment we would need to have installed to maximize the comfort of our home. Well, we awarded the contract to Marr's. It was a large purchase for us and we were concerned about the quality of the job we would get...well those concerns were squelched almost immediately when Jacob and Wyatt showed up, on time, and well prepared to do the job. They were polite and respectful of our home. They are true professionals and performed the work to completion and to our complete satisfaction. Jacob took the time to go over the operation of the new programmable thermostat for the heating and cooling units. They left the work area in better condition than when they first arrived and the installed equipment looked great! I would recommend Marr's to anyone in a heart beat. Great job guys!!

Went well. We called them during hottest part of summer but they responded in timely fashion. They came when they said they would. Accessible through email and text. Patient with us as we considered alternatives.

During the my appointment with Ken Marr, he went over all the reasons why he was suggesting a certain type of furnace for us. It was a 45,000 BTU furnace to replace our 22 year old initial furnace which was installed when our home was built. The information he gave was new to me plus, he gave information that I would never have thought to ask him. That info turned out to be most valuable. I had talked to two other companies before talking with Ken Marr and they did not give nearly the amount of relevant info that Ken did in a very friendly manner. The service technician arrived 5 mins before the scheduled appointment. He installed both, the furnace and the water heater, in an amazingly short time with both of them working very well as he left. The city of Bellingham required sealant put on the joints of the furnace ducting. It had no affect on the functioning of the furnace but, it was an unnecessary cost to Marr's Heating which is very unfortunate. Marr's sent out a service man to do the job and it was expertly done in short order to bring happiness to the city's representative who arrived a second time to check the work done. Overall, this company did an excellent job, was always friendly, timely and courteous with the cost being as good as, or better, than other companies. I was very impressed with the owner, Ken Marr, and his son Jacob. Both of these men are highly customer service-oriented and cared deeply that I was pleased with all aspects of their work. The furnace works perfectly as does the water heater. When I have any maintenance or work to do on either the furnace, or the water heater, Ken Marr and his crew will be the one and only that I choose. I just can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results achieved for the price paid. Thank you Marr's Heating.

The person who came out to the house was prompt, professional and informative. Happy with the service.

They're great. They do a great job. And about a year or so ago, my furnace went out in the winter and they came right over and fixed it and got all the parts, and whatever. They are very good. They come every summer and do my preventative maintenance. I have a contract I pay once a year. If you do anything other than the maintenance, you get a 15% discount on parts or whatever. The $214 includes my furnace and servicing my gas fireplace insert. They've been just great. We've been using them for probably three to four years.

It's been a while since I used them and I think there was a reason I looked for someone else. The price was really high. The quality of the work, punctuality and responsiveness were pretty good. I asked a few questions that weren't important but they couldn't seem to answer.
