I went months without service and then they decided to start my service back up and sent me and email the DAY BEFORE they were to come out. I have responded to their email to cancel, which has not been a problem in the past, but this time they decided I needed to cal or they were going to come out anyway, even if I did not authorize it. So they did and now expect me to pay for services I did not agree to. Not only that but I have two cameras around my home. He went to the bank and had them cancel the payment. Visa investigated and determined that Alta was in the wrong so Alta threatened him with collections of the full contract, so he paid. Please avoid them. They also delete bad reviews in Google. The sales person put his wrong name, wrong address and created a fake email for the contract to go to. My dad only owns a mobile phone. The office when we called to complain didn't care."
