DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The installers that showed up to perform the installation are a disgrace to all HVAC installers. They spent the majority of the time discussing their personal lives, medications they had taken, money that had not been paid to them from the company, and more. They left the job with gas lines leaking while still scheduling an inspection which of course failed. They drilled through my floor to install the gas lines, one being 3" away from the wall vs inside the base plate. All of the gas lines were unsecured and one was hanging half way down the wall in my garage.

On February 10th Trademark came in to install a tankless water heater. We were told this job would take up to 8 hours, however likely not more than 4 hours. They were at our house just shy of 12 hours and left a huge dirty exposed pipe coming into the garage with a hole that was incorrectly cut into our drywall, it didn't look professional at all. The next morning we awaken to a very strong smell of gas and had to evacuate the home. Avista shows up to confirm the gas line that they tapped into in the ceiling is leaking heavily as well as a second leak at the unit itself. Avista also pointed out that the exhaust pipe on the water heater was not in a sufficient space for air intake as it was in the utilities closet. They had to red tag our house and shut off the gas. Had to miss four additional days of work due to this, both them to fix mistakes in the original install and come back 3 times and fix cosmetic mistakes to cover the shotty workmanship. Went to meet with them to discuss the price since I don’t believe I should pay full price due to all the missed work, was basically told to get lost. They do not care about quality work or customer service. I would highly advise looking elsewhere

Since July 2011, our unit has experienced multiple events of ignition lock out and flame sensor failure during colder weather and during the winter. These events caused the heat pump to activate cooling our home with outdoor temperatures below 35 degrees rather than warming. We had previously contacted another vendor who inspected and serviced the furnace and heat pump for winter and summer usage, with similar lockout events occurring. During service calls on March 5th and 7th, Technician Perrin Renfroe correctly diagnosed the cause for the lockouts, which proved to be low propane gas pressure from our propane tank and incorrect settings for the three-stage heating process in our furnace. Renfroe adjusted the pressure for each stage, installed a new Carrier Touch Control thermostat and we have experience perfect heating conditions since 3-7-2018, 24 - 7! We want to thank Trademark Mechanical and Technician Perrin Renfroe for the excellent customer service and professional analysis of our Carrier furnace which two other vendors were unable to provide. It is a pleasure to work with Perrin who is a credit to his employer providing the very best service to the public not usually found with other service providers. Thank you, Perrin, for the job well done!

We've had Trademark mechanical as our installion and service contractor for over 11 years. From day one they have consistently and efficiently responded to our needs with a high degree of concientous thought and professionalism. On the day of writing this review, we ordered a new furnace as the old one was finally "over with". Important to note that all of their service persons have treated us kindly over the years. It does matter that the kind of personal care and concern they've demonstrated over the years has helped us get the most use out of our heating and cooling equipment. In particular, Perrin R is a stellar technician. He is thorough in his efforts and absolutely conscientious in his advice on behalf of a homeowner. Having been involved in the home building and land development business we certainly know a good company and dependable business. Trademark started out exceeding our expectations years ago, and since then they've upheld a standard of excellence in all that they do. Anyone reading this review would make a wise decision in choosing Trademark Mechanical for their heating and cooling needs.

The service we receive from Trademark Mechanical is FIRST class! Michael Scott responded promptly to our call; replaced a belt. Michael even showed me how to set the HVAC controls around the office after he discovered they were not set to the most efficient and comfortable setting for the office. Michael was so professional and helpful! In fact, everyone I have dealt with at Trademark is so patient, kind and helpful.

Frankly, I wouldn't use them again only because of a small issue, and since there are so many other good people out there. I just hate to say no because I know it'll hurt them, so I'm going to say yes. I was very impressed with them except for one or two little aspects, and since there are so many people that are good out there, that's the only reason I wouldn't likely consider them, but I'll say yes. If I can't get anybody else out, I'd sure call them.

Last year Trademark Mechanical installed a new central air conditioner. Last week it failed. We called them and were told that the compressor was under warranty and would be installed in two days. The next day they informed us that the compressor would be free but that labor would be about $600.00 since it had been 15 months, three months past the warranty's end for labor. They said the compressor would be in by the middle of the following week, which is tomorrow. Today we called and were told they didn't know where the compressor was. Later in the day they informed us that it was a week out, and they will try to schedule it for next Wednesday or possibly Friday. This is during the hottest part of the year with temperatures predicted past 100 and small children in the house. It is hard to understand how in this age of being able to trace packages from beginning to end they could not know where something this important is. It is also hard to understand why we had to call them instead of their keeping us informed, especially during such dangerous weather. Their initial assessment of two days has so far turned into at least two weeks with no guarantee of that being the end of it.

First, the bad: I wanted a quiet modern heat pump system to replace my tired old furnace. What I got was a delicate Rheem system all cram-full of fussy electronics that is very finicky, and far from quiet. At times it sounds like an old motorboat revved up all the way. It ran all right last summer, keeping us nice and cool. Then when the weather turned cold it failed multiple times. It took three months, multiple service visits, and a super-special elite consultant to finally figure out that the air return was not large enough and it was starved for air. Isn't that special--they failed Installation 101. Even the super elite technician took two trips to figure it out. He re-adjusted nearly everything, leaving me wondering if the Trademark techs know anything. The good: Their office people are excellent. Every time I called the sent someone right out. If only they had brought some clue with them. (If you use Trademark, insist on Perrin. He is very good.) The bad again: I got fed up with having to nag them for every little thing and zero follow-up. Don't deal with Tom unless you enjoy repeated calls to make him keep his promises.
