LUKAS WAS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. ALSO HAD HIM INSTALL A NEW VENT CAP THAT WONT ALLOW THE BIRDS TO GET IN THE VENT AND BUILD ANOTHER NEST. HE ALSO FOUND A MUMMIFIED BIRD BY WHERE THE DRYER CONNECTS TO THE VENT. VERY PLEASED AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRYER DUCKS.

The technician did an excellent job. He replaced the flexible aluminum duct material rather than cleaning it as it was so full of lint. He did an excellent job and we will use their services again in about a year to a year and a half. Unfortunately we will need to replace our dryer because we waited too long to have the lint removed and there is too much inside the dryer in places where lint poses a fire hazard for the dryer to operate safely. It is an eleven year old dryer and we opted for replacement rather than to try to have it repaired. Going forward we will have yearly or biyearly servicing.

This company is excellent. They responded to my call immediately and set up a date within 5 days for an estimate for the work, and scheduled us the next day. they were prompt and professional in their communication with me, telling me when the work would be done and who the workman would be. Michael contacted me when he was on his way, and arrived on schedule. He spent the day cleaning our vents which were full of dirt and dust from a remodel of our home. He did and excellent job spending extra time making sure they were cleaned, and within 3 days of his work we could see big results!. The dust in the air is gone as well as the dust on furniture, etc. We thank them for the excellent work they did and the prompt attention they gave us. The quality of This business is A+ excellent, and if we need this service again they will be the company we call!
