He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. At 130 having not shown up, i called and left a message. No response. Called Angi phone number. Now I'm struggling with not being able to know who the new company is, they are coming Monday, Angi has my money. I don't know if the replacement person will know what I want worked on in advance. Not happy about all this!"
