We needed a roofing pro to figure out where bats were getting in to our attic, and Ryan worked with us to get them out, seal up access points and ensure our roof is winter ready. Ryan was professional, responded to all our questions and concerns and took care of everything we requested when he said he would. All in all, a great experience!

Ryan came in and surveyed our roof for replacement in a little over an hour and provided us with a written estimate in less than 24 hours. He and his crew, 5 total removed the old roof which was two layers of shingles in about a day and a half and then had the new roof on with flashing, new rubber boots for the stand pipes. one replacement 4'x8' piece of CDX plywood and new metal ventilators in a total of 3-1/2 days. Ryan kept us in the loop of what was going on and his partner, Colton were easy to talk to and let us know what was going on. Discovered an unfortunately timed leak in my roof. Contacted Ryan, and he verified a couple more problem spots. Provided a clear estimate, with an easy to read breakdown of both parts and labor. I gave the go ahead, and in between the normal Peninsula weather, he and his crew got the job done in a timely manner. I could see from inside my attic the replacement sheeting he installed, and it looks great. I know nothing about roofing, but I can see the difference in installation between his work and the old, and I'm very impressed.
