My elderly father, who felt pressured by the salesman went with new siding. Only one worker showed up though the whole process. He doesn't pay any attention to detail. We now have gaps, and tons of caulking everywhere because he doesn't use a tape measure. We found our TV antenna in the scap pile. And the huge issue is he just laid over our rotten siding and studs and called it good. All the sheets of plywood to replace the rot is now going back. If I could give them a 0 I would. An absolute disaster of an installation. For $14,000 I should have gotten the bathroom of my dreams but instead I got a nightmare that requires super glue and electrical tape. Within two weeks of installation the entire bottom part of the shower caulking was caked in mold. No where else in shower or bathroom mind you, just the caulking. I was told it was a ventilation problem and they don't cover mold. If there was a ventilation problem why did they do the install when it was just going to fail? If there was a flooring issue would they still install even though it was going to fail? As it stands, I have had it checked and there was not and is not any mold in the bathroom. They left a hold in my ceiling from where they took the old shower equipment off and never patched or sealed it. So I had to fill it with caulking. The shower bar they installed is too far apart so it's falling apart in the middle. It's also too high so I've had to super glue my shower curtain to the shower or else water will go everywhere. There are cracks in the wall from where the installation was done. And then they want to charge me $500 to fix it. This was after a $14,000 installation!!! They lowered it to $250 but still, I already paid so much money. I have reached out numerous times over the year trying to get this resolved with no resolve. I have been sent to my "project manager" multiple times, no calls back, no emails nothing. I"m left with a $14,000 debt and a terrible shower. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH DABELLA.

Terrible experience. Was mislead multiple times about what I could get. Almost the day of install what I thought I was getting was not what they planned on installing. Couldn't come up with any alternative solutions so they suggested I outsource what I wanted done after Dabella finished. The installer put the shower bar up too high and later I found out it was crooked. I have had to super glue my shower liner to bottom of the shower. There was mold all over the place less than three weeks after installation and I was told I must have a ventilation problem. However, I did not have any mold prior to this and after I had to clean this mess up on my own because they wanted to charge me $500 to re-do the caulking that didn't seal right as well as correcting the shower bar, there still has not been any mold. I'm hoping they installed the pan the right way and there isn't mold and rot growing beneath the shower. If they can't even put caulking in the right way, who knows if they did everything else the right way. I felt pressure throughout the whole process and then as soon as I needed their mediocre, at best, work fixed they wanted to charge me more money. I would not work with this company unless it is your very last resort and even then I would wait until someone else is available.

I had Darren with Dabella come out and look at my leaking roof. Not only did he find a huge HOLE in my roof, but he explained everything very well so we could understand and worked with his manager Shane to help get this project done within out budget! I could not be happier with Dabella!

Great prompt service. Friendly representative. Pointed out issues we weren’t aware of ( not enough vents on roof) as well as discussed issues we had noticed (windows glazing and loss of gases. Definitely very happy with Rick’s professionalism and non pushy service.

Do not use DaBella. They do not know how to install roofs or gutters. I selected them thinking they are a large company that will support their work and installation. I was wrong. They tore off my gutters and destroyed my soffits. Now they are falling off the house. I have had a horrible experience with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Chris Rotarte in the Vancouver office does not return calls and Darren Fitzgerald is not responsive either. Horrible experience. Do not use them.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I had the siding replaced on my home and garage. The install itself was well done, but this company's communication and accounting issues have soured the experience for me. THE GOOD: The install crew was professional and surprisingly quick, the results look very nice. They cleaned up about as well as you can expect from a construction site. The electrical fixtures worked after the project was complete and I didn't need to call an electrician. THE BAD: Right off the bat they got my email address wrong. I never received electronic documents. The manager literally printed the documents and gave them to me at final paperwork signing. When it was time to sign final paperwork the amount charged was off by $1500+. I did the math on my own and had to ask how they got to the final number. I was told accounting "triple checks" the math, yet the manager could not figure how they got to that number either. It was fixed and I was given no reason for why it was off by that much, but if I had not been watching I would have been overcharged. Communication is completely uncoordinated. If you need anything from them, good luck. You have to follow up on all the details yourself and usually it takes multiple phone calls. They do not follow through. Seems like more of a management problem than a customer service problem. Expectations were not properly managed for the project. The back of my garage has an old entrance that was boarded up long before I bought the property. It does not open. There is built-in shelving along the wall with the boarded up entrance. This was all shown to the salesman who wrote up the siding contract for the garage. It was not communicated beforehand to me that to have siding installed over that area it would need to be framed out. I would have gladly taken care of that ahead of the install if I had been aware that's what needed to be done. My contract even details that trim was planned for (1) garage entrance. When I brought this up I was given a boilerplate response about how they only install the siding per the manufacturer standards. Oh well. Dabella drops balls in a way that leaves a lot to be desired. I would pick a different company if you're considering replacing the siding on your home.

I got contacted by DaBella from an inquiry I did here on Angi. This was a pretty frustrating experience. First off the estimator hung around for a fairly long time drawing out the bid process. Then he presented the bid, it was double the other estimates I received from the three other places that came out. Two from Angi and one local company. The estimator was really putting a lot of pressure on to get the job, even lowering the price thousands right away. The guy even stated that he would do what ever it takes to get the business, because the owner wants to put all of the other roofing companies out of business. Have some tact guys! Then the phone calls started.... I have had multiple calls from them trying to get the business, even after I have stated that I already took care of the project. The times of the calls started at 6:04 AM and going until late in the evening. Even IF you were the best, all of these tactics made me decide to never do business with DaBella.

Dabella just reached back out to me about 6 months after they replaced my roof. They just wanted to check and see how everything went and how the roof is. The install wasn't without its hiccups, but overall I couldn't be happier with my new roof! I'm not sure of it's because of the roof, but I swear my house is warmer after having replaced it! Thank you so much Dabella! 10/10!
