Fast response and got the job done right away.

On time and within budget. Cleaned asphalt shingle roof and cleaned gutters. When done cleaned up debris.

GSD messed up the application of the seal they put on the stamped sidewalk and it looks uneven - chalky in places and slick in others. Andrew will not return calls or texts to discuss what can be done to remedy the situation so I am left with a horrible-looking sidewalk. Pictures are available. I would not recommend this contractor.

The employees I had the pleasure of working with from this company were quick, punctual and hard working. Specifically the owner of this company knew a job I needed done and given the circumstances elected to volunteer the work which was an incredible blessing in itself. He told us a time and day he and his employees would show up with a trailer days in advance. The day he promised to be there he showed up with everything needed, got the job done, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were all set. I will definitely do business with this company in the future and highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for any work under their scope! Thank you so much again for everything!

The finished product/quality was not completed as promised. There was some follow up to our concerns initially, however, all of the corrective measures were not completed. Andrew stopped all communication which was disappointing. Our project remains unfinished. Photos of the project are available.

Careful and conscientious, offered helpful suggestions

I hired GSD Construction and Concrete to repair a small section of my driveway.  The job required cutting a small triangle on one edge of my driveway and replacing it with new concrete that would be attached to the driveway.  The job was done quickly in 1 day.  Spacers of both metal and wood were used, and I was told they would return to remove them when the concrete had cured.  They never returned and I removed the spacers myself.  It was not easy as I had to use a mallet to get them out.  The repair not only was not attached to the driveway, but has since settled slightly below the rest of the concrete.  I showed a professional the job and they laughed at how poorly the job was done.  Cost was slightly below $1800.  I was informed that GSD stood for Get Shit Done. They should add a P at the end standing for Poorly.  I do not recommend this business.
