CONVENIENCE RV MOBILE SERVICE

The service was great. he came onsite, spent time troubleshooting the problem. Diagnosed the faulty component. While the component itself was inexpensive, figuring out the problem wasn't. He explained what he was doing while repairing it. Additionally to prevent future problems, he adjusted the mechanism to keep it from over extending when the motor gets older.

As anyone with an RV knows, some of the pain is getting the RV to the service provider. Coming to my house to fix it saved me time and hassle.

Excellent. Steve is great. He has been working on our 2004 Tiffin Allegro Bus for many years. He got all the hose leaks fixed and serviced the Hydro Hot. He discovered that the stirring unit was not working properly and ordered us a new computer board for it and will schedule service again when it arrives. He's prompt, knowledgeable and very kind. He is thorough and will tell you in simple terms what the problems are. He was kind enough to replace a fuse for us too in our water pump. Another mobile company didn't have a 15 amp fuse and put in a 20 amp. He's a very busy guy but will work you into his schedule. I would recommend Steve for all types of RV service. He carries a huge number of parts and equipment in his truck.

poor, steve is a master of all things but a joker of RV's. i made the mistake of calling for mobile service and after being put off for 5 weeks the both of them, steve and wife w/dog showed up 3 hours late and in the rain to do some electrical work. could not get on-board onan genset to start and run. MAL ADJUSTED THE MIXTURE TO CARB BY FEEL and MAGIC SCREWING IT UP!. it runs fine now 'cause i took to to a real pro who knew what to do and had it running smoothly in and lt;5 minutes..you get what you pay for.

They are very convenient because they come to you. They are more of a small service company. They are really friendly and nice to talk to. They kept me informed of their schedule and when they could keep working on the job until it was done.
