We set a consultation with Paul. Paul was very flexible in scheduling time to meet. We listed out our needs and Paul collaborated with suggestions on what would work and what would not. He put together a reasonable quote that included pricing and labor. We also requested heated floors which he added. The basic materials were covered under his costs. We needed to purchase the specific materials such as vanities, mirrors, toilets, sinks, faucets, tiles, paint, light fixtures, etc. Paul was very responsive whenever questions were asked. He suggested sites and vendors for contractor pricing for vanities, counter tops, tiles, and shower.
Once work began, Paul's crew was prompt and professional. List of work done:
- Gut and debris removal.
- Pulled out dry wall and moved plumbing.
- Relocated both toilets.
- Added heated floors and thermostat.
- Did appropriate electric wiring.
- Installed tiles.
- Replaced tub.
- New fan vent in guest bathroom.
- Added fan vent to master suite.
- New vanities, counter tops, and faucets.
- Installed misc. materials (racks, vanity handles, etc.)
They were very friendly, courteous, and answered questions. They also responded with any requests we had. They cleaned up everyday and let us know what the next day work would be. We were happy with everything installed. The only thing that was not quite as great as everything else was the tile installations. The tile was a bit unleveled on floor and walls. Otherwise, we are enjoying our new bathrooms."
