"Colton replaced an old galvanized service pipe at my stepmother's house . He performed the work without me ever actually meeting him. He seemed very pleasant and professional on the phone. The work was expensive, but I think that was just the nature of the job. It's an underground pipe, so I guess time will tell whether he did a good job.
