We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."

Professional, fair price (consistent with other bids), and much more flexible on scheduling right away. He's a bit casual in communications and invoicing. I had to ask for the following asbestos lab reports. But I was more than happy that he could take care of all this on short notice."

My recommendation is to review with the customer options even if the cost is higher. I would have possibly paid more to ensure the front bib had a cleaner, smoother finished look, if I was given the choice before the work began. The back bib had a cover that could be taken off which was different from the front bib."
