The contractors were courteous. Communication was good. Tub and Shower were as expected. Walk in shower replaced a tub shower combination. Also include two grab bars. Project was done in a timely manner.

Mr. Oliver (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation. The material arrived earlier than expected so we were able to start sooner. His demo and installation team were on time every day and gave me daily updates. The installation team took great pride in the work. The finished master shower looks incredible. Such a major difference from what we had used previously. My wife and I look forward to our daily shower under the new rain shower head. Also his team leader Pat went out of his way to give me advice and he assisted me in another small home repair that I was accomplishing. I would recommend USA Installations to anyone needing a bath or shower upgrade.

Owners respectful, caring, willing to work in our budget. Also appreciated their certification in safety awareness for seniors home needs. Workers on time, respectful, pleasant, professional, quietly went about their work, each day set up coverings to keep debris off floor and cleaned up each day on leaving. Extremely satisfied with results.

George was very responsive and easy to work with. The workers completed did a great job and clearly took pride in quality work. The job did take a few days longer than originally estimated, but it wasn't a problem. They cleaned up after themselves and checked in with us daily to let us know the progress that had been made and what the next steps would be.

Shower Installation and Replacement
This is a small local company who take care to do a project the way you want it. They installed a new large walk-in shower in my master bath and refaced my kitchen cabinets. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot-on. Always open to suggestions and requests from me during both projects. Both the shower and kitchen are beautifully done and just as I envisioned them. I have done other major kitchen and bath remodels in the past on other homes and this company is the best one I've used.

Prompt & courteous with Phillip explaining & showing progress as went along. When snafu not of their making occurred they were quick to remedy the situation. Altho maybe slightly more expensive, George & company were well worth it & are highly recommended.
