House-Call repairs have a minimum charge of $75, due upon arrival of technician. Payment for most jobs is due upon completion although deposits and extenuating circumstances may require additional payment arrangements.

Wood used in production comes primarily from urban trees, salvaged due to disease or natural causes. No part of the manufacturing process is outsourced, including the steel work. Production, from milling to completion, takes place within a 20-mile radius and has been designed to minimize and reuse as many resources as possible. Generally the time from salvage to final product is 2 to 3 years, most of that time spent patiently drying in our green room.
