About us

We are a crew of a dozen; carpenters, plumbers, electricians, framers, roofers and designers. Experts in each of our specialty fields and seasoned in all areas and phases of new construction and repairs. We gladly accept cash, check, and major credit cards. House-Call repairs have a minimum charge of $75, due upon arrival of technician. Payment for most jobs is due upon completion although deposits and extenuating circumstances may require additional payment arrangements.

Whether you need us on your leaking roof, fix your broken toilet, or just to spare the inconvenience of doing it yourself; we'll be there quickly, tools at the ready, with a focus on getting your repairs done promptly with attention to detail and quality workmanship. We also design, remodel and restore, we take a special interest in restoring historic Seattle homes to their original charm.
