Before he did anything that had options, he let us know and fully walked us through the differences before we made a decision. He also scheduled the work out so that we could still utilize the house (the tile areas blocked all walkways to the upstairs) by stepping carefully around small sections. His work was well done and am planning to hire him again when we finally redo our master bath. He also complete tile install for some family members and they were also very happy with his work."

"I know from my first meeting w/ Ricardo I'd get exactly what I envisioned. He was personable, honest and clearly an expert in this line of work. He did an exceptional job and the customer service could not have been better. What started as a small retile of just my shower turned into an incredibly successful renovation of my master bath that is truly beautifully transformed! Ricardo pulled out the old school diagonal tub and old vanity (hauled it all away-and had the area practically spotless at the end of every day) and enlarged my shower and installed heated ceramic tile floors that look like wood and extended into my walk in closet too! His wife Denise, was instrumental in helping me with ideas in showcasing a portfolio of Ricardo's prior work. She shared ideas and insights on creative ways to rebuild the shower, details on the soap/shampoo holder & bench, and heated flooring options. They listened to what I wanted - and truly gave me the best value. Once I decided to make the shower a bit larger, some plumbing work slowed things for Ricard but he was so accommodating & flexible in stepping away and reprioritized my project when the plumbing was finally done. Ricardo & Denise were extremely helpful in connecting me with a reputable electrician for the flooring as well as a Glass company for the shower basically eliminating my need for a general contractor simply because of their expertise, guidance and support. The tile looks amazing - the attention to detail was above and beyond. I highly recommend going with Kings Luxury Tile. Have them come out and scope your project...you'll realize right away they are experts at what they do and will make sure it's exactly what you want - or they wont finish until you are satisfied. I am already planning next spring to reach out to them to help renovate my guest bathroom. Don't waste your time looking around at other options - Kings Luxury is the best value and quality...couldn't be happier."

This was a large job and they were punctual, professional and really proficient at thier job. The only downside is they were a bit expensive, but we felt they were worth it when we saw the results."
