"?Evolution Drafting has been very difficult to work with. I have been passed from employee to employee, with unreturned calls and missed appointments. I am still waiting on a meeting to review the changes we want, yet I keep getting emails with their own concept of our project instead of a proper Teams or Google meeting. I was even sent an email to schedule a ?revision if needed,? which makes it feel like I am being blamed for not accepting a design we have never discussed in detail. My time is as valuable as theirs, and the lack of clear communication and follow?through has been extremely disappointing.? I understand that things happen in life, but I also know they have a phone, and a simple call, text, or email would prevent me from wasting my time waiting on them. I have already paid, and it appears I will not receive the final product until after Christmas and New Year?s. I am disappointed.? "

"Was not a simple house to have built, the design had way to many errors. Elevation was not to scale and once built it started to show, that it was not to scale. If you like looking at A post out your window or a gutter in front of your window. Then this is the team for you. Fascia from gable almost touching the door trim. Just a mess. Luckily the framers could fix some of it. They did a quick redesign of the roof."

He had his engineer and construction crew to our door within 24 hours to take a look and put together a plan. He took my design ideas and brought them to life. He was transparent about all parts of the cost (to include his profit), and gave us to option to lower the cost by hauling away debris and painting the porch (which we were more than willing to do). Any delays with the work were met with a phone call and followup email if he didn't get through to either my husband or I immediately, and the construction crew did very high quality work. "What should have been (and I was told would be) a simple and quick project (a built in bookshelf with window seat) was lengthy, frustrating, and ended with us just saying leave it how it is (with bookshelf green paint on our grey walls and damage to the bookshelf’s fr installation. This was after the team (or subcontractors) came to our house on 6 separate days for installation. One of the visits the team didn’t even show up with what they needed, did no work and left. Two of the visits were to fix problems from the installation after I had to email and send pictures of issues. From afar the bookshelf looks nice but issues up closes and the continuous hassle of two plus months of scheduling frustration and trying to get this completed and damage fixed was not worth it."
