WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! INF has fully admitted to this botched job & promised to refund monies, so now they're ghosting me. Poor workmanship, unskilled labor, mismanagement, All work done here by them needs to be re-done. Disgusting outcome all around. Daniel, Adam, owner Ilor = No integrity & all of them con artists. STAY CLEAR

I recently hired Adam and his team for a tub to shower conversion, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Adam was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions, which made us feel confident in our decision. The team worked efficiently and respectfully, keeping our home clean throughout the project. They completed the conversion on time and within budget, and the quality of their work is evident in the beautiful new shower. Poor experience and was lied to about reinforcement of external wall studs in my kitchen instead damaged the studs by cutting out more chunks of the three wall studs. Only called me back after I wrote a poor review on google. I requested a full refund but Adam declined.

INF has a problem differentiating Project Management with Mismanagement of a project. We started on October 10, 2024, with a completion date duration of 2 weeks (I suggested 3 weeks to help them meet the project timeline). It is now March 9, 2025, and the project is still on-going with no clear end date. At all levels of the project management channel, it was a complete failure. No communication, impossible to get a schedule from INF. Their website does not have the correct email address. I had to research it on the internet, then after sending an email to them to request that they need to get back to work it was and still nearly impossible to see anybody on the job site. nobody shows up. I had to call them almost all the time and insisted on having them send someone to work. If anybody shows up it?s to work for 3 or 4 hours only. It's been more than 20 weeks. Instead of having a dumpster like any other contractors, INF is using my yard as a dumpster. Help yourself. Avoid them

We did a major remodel of the home. including kitchen, bathroom, roof, flooring, pop ceiling removal, interior and exterior painting, etc. Daniel and INF is great! The house completed looks different now and like a charm. Daniel gave good advices and found a few small extra things to fix. The quality was great. Daniel walked through the project after finishing and made sure every snall thing was fixed. I‘ve done many projects in the past and Daniel is the best. Happy to work again in future!
