This contractor said there was no sign of a past or present problem with dryer itself. I then phoned Puget Sound Appliance (PSA) who said they would reverse the $567.79 charge (heating element and labor) on my charge card. This never happened. I challenged the expense with my card company. PSA then provided the card company with an invoice I had never before seen that included a penciled in no refund policy and a forged signature."
