Needless to say, this was not an easy project and required lots of expertise and hand scraping, sanding and priming to even get paint to stick on the old wood. Patrick was so knowledgeable and created a great project plan and Manuel and the team worked diligently over several days of very hot weather to get everything done. The thing that impressed me the most was their communication skills, which were the best I’ve ever experienced on a house project—Patrick provided a proposal in only 2 days (amazing!), answered emails and texts within 30 minutes of receiving them, and the team provided updates everyday. Everyone on-site was so nice and helpful too! And, most importantly, they made my old house look GREAT!"
