"Unfortunately this company wouldn't respond to my messages and when they did they were not very nice in their response. If you’re not interested in working with new clients within your service zone then change your service zone and at the very least respond to their emails and texts. It’s not asking much to be polite. Therefore very disappointed and would not recommend this company."

"Opportunity Construction will always be my #1 company to go to for my fencing needs. Here's the reason why. First, from start to finish, Dean Currow was very knowledgeable about installation of fencing. He displayed great customer service, professionalism, attention to details, and was so easy to work with. He was prompt; arriving on time each day. Second, his team of workers were exceptional! They were the best; working hard...non stop, until the last steel panel was in place. Opportunity Construction made my dream come true. They are an A++++ company. Last, I couldn't be happier with the installation. The fence looks beautiful, and from all of the drive-bys, I am sure this company will be receiving a few more calls."

C.P.C. Landscape, LLC
C.P.C. Landscape, LLC
C.P.C. Landscape, LLC, was established in 2007 and provides over 20 years of professional experience. We handle both residential and commercial projects from major installs to minor repairs. Our focus and dedication is to deliver excellence not only the quality but the satisfaction of our work. Let us know how we can exceed your expectations today.
"We hired C.P.C. to remove a fence, install gutter drains and a drywell, and install foundation drains and waterproof the exterior of our basement wall. These guys may be good at landscaping and fences, but I would never hire them to do drainage work again. Positives: their crews were friendly, they responded quickly when we were looking for estimates, and the gutter drains do appear to work (although they eventually won't after the "fix" they put in on the final call-back, see below). Negatives: The foundation drain doesn't seem to do anything. Our basement still floods in heavy rain, and when we go outside and look at the sump that the foundation drain empties into there's no flow to it. We really regret not asking to inspect it before they covered it, especially because they initially tried to install the foundation drain half-way down the foundation wall, instead of at the footer--which should have made us wonder what other corners they were going to cut and be a lot more skeptical. On three occasions they cut our utilities with their excavator. That's not a problem: excavators break stuff. But how they handled it was a problem. The first time, they cut our well line (power and water), applied a bogus fix that didn't work, and left for the evening without telling anyone. We were able to get them back out that night, but they didn't fix it until the next day, and we had to hire a plumber to get things going again (dirt got into our appliances from the broken line). We were without water for an evening and morning. The second time, they nicked a sewer line. I noticed the next day when I saw water under it, and had to point it out to them to get it fixed. The final time, they dug out an excavator-bucket width section of sewer line, didn't notice that they'd done so, ran the gutter drain right across where the sewer line used to go, then covered it up. After a couple weeks, our toilet stopped working. I got to spend a fun evening digging through sewage soaked soil around my sewer line and wasn't happy when I found what they'd done. They did come out and "fix" it, but there "fix" was to use two 90-degree bends to run a section of the gutter drain under the sewer line--which will act as a sediment trap and fill with pine needles and other detritus from the roof. We had them bury a 2x4 over it so we can dig it out and replace it ourselves. They also didn't appear to compact the trench they dug at all, and there's now sections around our house where the soil next to the foundation has settled, forming a nice trench for rain water to pool in (they had said that they would try and compact the trench and slope it so it drains away from the house)."

My name is Evan Patrick I am a General Contractor that specializes in Residential Remodels and carpentry. I have spent my whole life working on houses and have been doing residential construction full time for the past four years. I am a small owner operated company that works with a small group of timely honest and friendly subcontractors in the Lake Tapps region. Projects I regularly take on are kitchen and bath remodels, fences, decks, installing doors, windows, and millwork.
"We hired Evan who was recommended by friends to us as an extremely personable, dependable, and reasonable contractor who produces high-quality work. His job was to remove carpet, pad, and install quickstep waterproof laminate flooring through the entire first floor of a townhouse we own and rent. He did not disappoint. We had not one complaint and the job was completed ahead of schedule. In addition he accompanied us to Lowes to select the product appropriate to our needs. We highly recommend Evan to others."

FAQs for dock building and repair projects in Lacey, WA
The most significant factor in knowing whether to repair or replace your dock is the extent of the damage and its age. If you have minor cracks on a few boards and the dock is less than 15 years old, it'll likely be worth repairing the damaged part. However, it's time to replace this essential water feature if you have significant damage, such as rotting wood in multiple areas, warps or cracks in the dock supports, or a damaged foundation.
Docks can last between 20 and 30 years, provided regular maintenance has been performed. Upkeep tasks like staining your dock annually to prevent water damage, repairing broken elements quickly, and using dock covers regularly will help extend your dock’s life. Your dock is likely nearing the end of its lifespan when it shows signs of rot, rust, and foundation damage.
The cost of repairs to your dock depends significantly on the severity and location of the damage. For minor repairs, such as replacing bumpers or patching a few cracks, you can expect to spend $100 to $800. For more extensive repairs, such as replacing decking or dock reinforcement, the cost increases to $800 to $2,000. Consult a local dock repair service to determine the estimated cost of your dock repairs.
Ideally, it's best to stain your dock once per year. Applying stain doesn't just keep it looking nice and new; it also helps extend the dock’s lifespan. Since you want to ensure water levels are at their lowest, it's best to have this project done by a professional dock repair service in the cooler autumn or early winter months.
The cost of a new dock can range from $3,000 to $30,000, depending on the extent of the project size, location, and additional features.
For example, a boat lift can range from $1,000 to $8,000. The ladder you'll need for your dock can be anywhere from $100 to $800, not including installation. In addition, the decking you'll need for your dock can cost between $15 and $30 per square foot.
