Puget Sound Delivery Guys

I was very impressed with Puget Sound Delivery Guys. We did a move from one apartment building in Bellevue to another. Living in an apartment building means you have to schedule the freight elevators and loading docks. And then trying to coordinate the movers to match all the schedules. P.J from Puget Sound was excellent in working with my schedule requirements. He came about a week before the move to do a walk-through of the apartment. During move day, his team was very efficient and handled all of our stuff with great care. They even moved my new 65" very thin OLED TV perfectly! They were familiar with both of my apartment buildings and understood all the procedures of the loading docks and elevators. We did the move during October 2020 which was the time of the COVID pandemic. PJ and his team followed all the proper safety protocols including wearing masks. Thank you Puget Sound Delivery Guys!

This provider was hired to pick up a sectional couch from furniture store and deliver it my condo. They quoted a price of $185 to deliver a couch which seemed high but the furniture store recommended the vendor. I was at work and had a neighbor let them in. They were on time however, the delivery men had an issue with getting the largest piece of the couch in the door. It is at the end of a hallway and it can be tricky so it just takes a little patience to angle it in. And that is why I hired delivery "professional" delivery men to handle it. I knew it would fit because I had just removed my slightly larger couch the week before and had double checked all door measurements and couch measurements with the furniture store before I even purchased the new couch. The delivery men refused to try to get it in and left the couch in my condo lobby. While one driver called the company owner, the other went out to smoke. My neighbor went out the door to find the one driver smoking something that was hand rolled and it wasn't a cigarette. The moment he saw her, he threw the item he was smoking in the condo's flower beds. When she asked him what he was smoking because it was not a cigarette she smelled, he mumbled and walked off. Those drivers ended up leaving and the owner offered to come out to handle the final piece. When he arrived he was rude and complained to my neighbor, was dismissive when she was speaking to him, etc. They finally got the piece in at which point the owner demanded more money from my neighbor for his time and for the extra effort. It was truly an unfortunate situation. I would never use these folks again.
