Mt Baker Roofing

We had the pleasure, yes, pleasure of having Mt. Baker replace our roof. We were completely satisfied with every step of the process. Cameron met with us, got up on the roof and inspected it then shared with us any concerns. He also showed us the materials they would be using so we felt comfortable that the material was up to the job of keeping our home dry in this wet and gusty environment. The estimate was great which enabled us to upgrade the materials to the next level and a 50 yr materials and labor warranty. The crew supervisor was very polite and pleasant to interact with and kept us posted. The crew was quiet and diligent, hard-working. They were also very, very neat and used a magnetic sweep all around the house to catch any errant nails or nailheads. The roof looks just awesome!

Fantastic Job. From estimating through the completion of the project, I couldn't be happier. Despite unforeseen issues, the project was still completed in less than a week. Gerardo, Ulises and the rest of the crew (whose names I unfortunately can't remember) was hard working and professional right down to the last detail (including rinsing their shoes before stepping off the ladder onto the new roof and the gutter crew that did a great job of making a downspout inconspicuous on an exposed log support. ).

Mt Baker Roofing redid my roof and gutters last week during extremely challenging times for the crew. Without hesitation I strongly recommend them for their dedication, skill, and teamwork under the direction of Wendy R who masterfully kept everyone on track in the most professional and polite manner. Their workmanship is to be applauded and I highly recommend them.

The crew was wonderful. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond. Wendy, the crew supervisor was great. She even came out to the house to look at the roof, the work done so far, and to see how we were liking our experience with the company and the crew, the quality of work done. I have nothing but positive things to say about them and about this company. When they got to the point where half the shingles and sheeting was removed, it was discovered that there was preexisting damage to the trusses which needed to be repaired prior to finishing the other half of the roof. The owner, Mark, called me and let me know. He offered to help me find a second contractor to get out there and fix it. He spent half the day on his phone, calling and texting to get it figured out and was able to find us one quickly. More preexisting damage was found as the roof was worked on and Mt Baker Roofing took care of it for us even though it wasn’t what they were hired for originally. Our new gutters and new roof are beautiful, really well made, they use excellent products. Excellent customer service and workmanship , very professional, hard working, cleaned up everything really well. The quote I received was cheaper than the ones I got from other companies too, so I can say they are competitive in price.

We were really nervous about picking a team to do our roof. We wanted it done right the first time, and we wanted our yard to be spotless throughout and after the job. We got all of that and more from Mt Baker Roofing. Their team was wonderful from start to finish - great communication; the roof looks great (drone verified); and the yard was absolutely spotless throughout. We can’t recommend them strongly enough!

From start to finish, the team at Mt Baker Roofing was professional, very helpful, and timely. I replaced the 20-25 year old roof on a residence and outbuilding that had worn down to the fiberglass fibers and was exhibiting signs of water infiltration under the shingles. The estimator and his assistant were thorough, checking the exterior roof condition as well as the interior condition in the attic, and answering my questions about the condition of roof components (materials on top of the plywood as well as the plywood itself). The four-person team installed the two roofs in two 12-hour days during the first heat wave of the year. The office staff was very helpful before and after the project was completed regarding payment, and choosing the new shingle color. Overall, a professional and no-hassle roof installation. My 1910 bungalow is good for another generation!
