"They told me they were confident with their process and that they would be able to remove the animal urine stains and smell from a couch. It is a velvet couch so I made sure to ask if they had a process for this material. They had the best of intentions but they were unsuccessful with the final outcome. And unfortunately after they worked on a cushion the velvet material is now permanently matted down and ruined. And still smells of urine. They tried. But, did not succeed and now I need to order a new cushion from the couch manufacturers."

And that a repairman would need to go into the crawl space and retape it. (4+). He also has a calm, friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend him for this"
