I was impressed. Quick and remove the stains out.

He didn't show for our scheduled appointment, asked to come a bit later. I agreed, he still didn't show, I texted him and told him to call me and reschedule, He never called. Also he said he could complete the entire bedroom condo in q hour...not likely and IF he could the quality of work would have terrible.

He was easy to schedule with since he phoned me right away! (1st +) He came when he said he would (2nd+) He came during one of the worst rain storms that Whatcom County has had (3+) He cleaned the dryer vent and then pointed out that the vent was loose. And that a repairman would need to go into the crawl space and retape it. (4+). He also has a calm, friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend him for this

Super friendly staff and very clearly take pride in their work. I spilled laundry detergent in the middle of my room and I just could not clean it up. I called True North and they got it all cleaned up. Super easy for them. They were great. I recommend.

Our dog Barry is a big golden retriever and when he was a puppy we had a real good time trying to get him potty trainer. We had Nick clean our carpets once and he did a great job so we have just called him again and he cleaned our house again this year. Easy going guy with great results. Our carpets have been cleaned throughout our house twice by Nick and we believe heâ s done quality work both times. True North does a great job. We are glad to have found a local company that does a good job!

Nick was great to work with. Communicative, helped us to make wise, cost effective choices. And was on time and got yo work. Such a positive experience.
