As it turns out, I will repair the existing wood fence and in the future the Renton School District (my neighbor) will install a new 6 ft high chain link fence at this location, per their specs, thus alleviating a need on my part to build the new fence. A new elementary school will soon be built at the property adjacent to my location."

"After having such nice work from Scott earlier this year (see our review from April 2016) we invited Scott to bid on a project for an 800sf surface level deck for which the footings were going to be more complicated than we wanted to deal with. Bids for this project from all bidders ranged up to 40k which was way beyond our plans. Scott was willing to bid just framing, leaving the decking to my husband and me. Work was done on time and exactly as we had hoped. He also worked around our septic system so we could maintain access as needed. They work a clean job site which is important with kids and pets in our yard. He will stay on our call list for future jobs."
