An inspection is meant to be an unbiased, honest, and thorough evaluation of the condition of a home or property at a moment in time. I take payment by most major credit cards at the time of the inspection. I do offer a discount to active duty and military veterans.

I take care to perform all inspections according to strict State and ASHI standards, and include a report with pictures and summary that is easy to understand. I am also just a phone call away, and to ask questions as we go., for any pre and post inspection questions, or for more in-depth details to make the inspection process informative and comfortable.
