"North to South Home Repair, LLC, (NSHR) conducted a thorough inspection/diagnostic of our existing siding and provided a reasonable bid for the work with the understanding that the cost may change if the structure under the siding needed to be repaired. Several large sections of siding needed to be replaced, which NSHR accomplished expertly and with minimal impact on our living conditions. Where the structure under the siding was water-damaged, they quickly repaired it. After the repairs/replacements, NSHR pressure-washed the remainder of the outside. NSHR started the job as close to the estimated start date as the weather allowed and pursued the work doggedly, getting in as much as possible in the time available. The quality of their work was great, and their cleanup was good. (Owner) Patrick?s communication with us was exemplary, explaining problems and updating us on progress.
