"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."

"Like all homeowners I did my 3 quote diligence to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Interestingly enough, RROC was the only company that showed initiative to win my business. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live).
