"Dean was up front and laid out what the project entailed and worked with us to come up with a plan that fit within our budget and time frame. We had some weather issues (snow) that caused a bit of a delay but he was in constant contact with us and we were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend more than a contractor. We have a few other projects coming up that we will only hire Opportunity Construction for. I felt comfortable with him and I thought the estimate he gave was fair. This was not my experience with the other estimators. We are in the summer season right now and finding a spot in a contractors busy schedule is very hard! They were able to complete the project within a week from when I accepted the proposal. They did an amazing job. Sean was there for most of the work. And when he was not he checked in with me to see how everything was going. The work was completed in a timely manner. They collected all the debris and next thing I knew I had a brand new driveway! I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."
