"Jon has done two projects for me and both times was responsive to my inquiries and quickly provided an estimate and scheduled the work. I was thrilled with the quality of the work and cost of both projects with his estimate and final price being the same. I would recommend Jon to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and competitively priced contractor."

"We just completed a dining room remodel, and I couldn?t be more pleased. The design they suggested was perfect for our family, modern yet timeless. The contractors worked efficiently, stuck to the schedule, and delivered results that far exceeded expectations. Our dining room is now a place we actually want to spend time in, and we?ve already started hosting family dinners again."

"My husband and I have built multiple homes over the years for our growing family. Andy Gruhn was by far the most high quality excellent homebuilder on every level. I truly cannot rave enough or even express my gratitude for the amazing Home They built us!!!! From start to finish, they went way above and beyond, they were quality in details that as a new homebuilder, you donâ t think of until, after the fact, sometimes years, after the fact, I still marvel at the things they thought of for us, that we didnâ t even ask for, that they provided for us to be sure our large family of small children would be taken care of and comfortable for years to come. at the time we were on a very tight budget and they were more than generous. I am beyond grateful to have worked with him and for the quality home they built for our family. They couldâ ve cut corners to save money and make a better profit but instead they just gave us a better home Now that Iâ ve worked with a new builder, Iâ m even more surprised at everything that was included in our home. Heâ s just a standup good community building person that stands by his words and means what he says. When we move back to Washington state Iâ m hoping to build with him again hands-down, I truly canâ t express my gratitude. Andy doesnâ t just build homes he builds communities."

"Very well! Loved this company! They were very professional and built a sturdy, beautiful fence. I would highly recommend them."

"They did an amazing job on the landscaping in my front yard and the side fence they installed. Will be hiring again in the future!!"

"Christopher was amazing. Showed up on time, worked ALL day, went above and beyond in rebuilding my deck - doubling it in size and painting it also, at NO extra cost from his estimate. I would 100% recommend him for any job, and will have him back to do more for me. His estimate was half of two others. Can't say enough about how happy I am with Christopher, owner of Tiny Living Golden Concept. My search for a fair, honest, reliable handyman to help me with my aging house is over."
