"Sta-Built Construction can do it all! We wanted to make our back yard more livable with a solid foundation for a hot tub and gazebo. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. Brian was the estimator who sketched out a design that not only created a lovely outdoor space, but also incorporated the existing foundation wall into a new retaining wall. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. We love our new outdoor space and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them again for a future project."

"Very well and on time. He phoned me before submitting a bid to ask specific questions about the site and work to be done. Next day received a very detailed bid describing work to be done, cost of concrete, how much concrete and even his travel cost. Next day after accepting his bid, he called to tell me the job could be done the next day. Very pleased with our new patio."

"This is the second time that we have used NGL. First time was for our patio. They did an amazing job again. We removed a diseased hedge that was on two sides of our house. NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. Throughout the process they ensured our needs were met and made many helpful suggestions just as they had with the patio. Their work is exceptional and their skill is outstanding. They are a fantastic team. We have already been asked by 5 different people walking by for info on the company."

"Professional service, startred and completed on time. Great experience"

"Jose came to bid the job it's about an acre and the grass was 2 ft high. I received a very fair quote and Jose came back the same day, worked non stop for 5 hours and did an impeccable job! I highly recommend!!!"

"I am very pleased with my new roof. Ari was very professional and was on the job daily to supervise the work crew. The workers were careful to protect my plants and did a good job of cleaning up daily. I would recommend Near Me Roofing Company to my friends and family."

"Ana and the AQ Pavers team were fantastic. We could not have had a better experience with our patio project. Professional, efficient, hard working, kind, good communication, and a wonderful finished project."

"They were very responsive up front and scheduled the work quickly. Arrived on the day and helped us complete some other work at no additional charge while waiting for cement to arrive. Unfortunatley one of the workers walked across the patio and left mud boot marks that will not come out. We attempted to contact Sam multiple times however, after the first time he answered via text he stoped responding and never came out to address the issue. We are now stuck with permanent boot marks in our patio. They also requested to be paid in full up front but backed off when we offered to put half down. Otherwise we were pretty happy with the work but very disappointed that they did not respond or even come by to see if there was anything they could do to help fix the issue."

"These are the kinds of professionals you always hope to find. Mike and Eric were great at putting my chimney back into shape, pleasant to interact with, and charged a fair price. We discussed what needed to be repaired, what is still fine, and options on the repair. I put my trust in them and was not disappointed. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing masonry work. Whitestone Masonry wins the Coco, big dog, seal of approval ....woof woof"
