Northwest Quality Painting

I have hired this company for painting inside and outside, fence repairs and re-staining, roof repairs and moss treatment and also for even gutter cleaning and small home repairs. In every case they did a great job and very efficient and cost effective. I will continue to use this company for most all projects.

This was an outstanding experience from the start to finish. I needed this project done within 7 days. Submitted my claim and was contacted within 24 hours and the project started the next day. Juan arrived on time, confirmed project goal, looked space over, acquired paint and went to work repairing the handful of miscues before painting. Throughout the day, Juan was very professional and courteous and I must say, without asking him to, he removed his shoes before entering the residence, a simple observation of the professionalism he exuded. The results of his efforts are top notch, the space looks really good and both wife and I are thoroughly pleased. So yes, we are happy with the choice made of contacting Northwest Quality Painting (NQP) and they're highly recommended / I'll certainly keep NQP on my short list for future projects. We were very impressed with Northwest Quality Painting. The painters did a great job! They were very professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend this company to friends and family.

All completed work was well done and of high quality. NW Quality crews and sub contractors were accommodating and helpful and were all skilled in the work each did. Some sub contractors scheduling resulted in some delays however once appointment were made they were kept. Would recommend NWQ to others.

Excellent experience! We had a bathroom toilet leak and our drywall was removed 2 ft up from the floor. We tried a previous contractor to do the work and he only came out once and then bailed on us after he initially installed the drywall, taped/mudded the wall. We called NW Quality Painting and spoke to Larry about an estimate. Mike came out to estimate the cost of finishing the work. The estimate was reasonable and we hired them to complete the drywall work. Steve and Mike came out to survey what needed to be done and fixed the previous contractors drywall work (which was wrong), textured and painted the bathroom. Steve was super! He arrived every day on time for 5 days to complete the drywall and sanding prep before he did the texture and paint. Bathroom looks incredible and blends in nicely with the existing drywall. Very professional job! I would recommend this company highly. They are competitive in price and quality is very good. We had trouble getting other contractors to come out and do the work after a couple of other estimates, but NWQ Painting was very responsive, answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the job. I will use them again when we are ready to paint the interior of our house.

Took a long time to get painting completed, as the company was very busy. However, once we got started, the crew did a great job and was true to the estimate. Would recommend!

As The Facilities Manager for a mid sized private school, I have used NW Quality Painting for Interior and Exterior Painting of our school building for 11 years now. I have never been disappointed by them. They are excellent to work with. They are willing to work around our school schedule which often times means working around holidays and unusual hours. They are also my go to guys for Dry Wall repair, installation, taping and mudding. We have had some unusual requests or circumstances and they always come up with a great and affordable situation. We have had both big and small projects done by them and every time the work is excellent, professional and they leave the space clean. I highly recommend them to both my professional colleagues and family and friends. They can do it all.

went very well. they had to come a few days as they had to power wash, then scrape and then paint. I did notice after they left I had an area they missed and they followed up and corrected that with no issues. Very friendly and cordial staff.

I met with Larry owner NW Quality Painting and we discussed my needs as to painting the exterior of my house. The bid was professional and impressive giving me all the company info, i.e., insurance, bond, etc. I contracted with NW Quality Painting. The crew was unbelievable and the camaraderie amongst them was so sincere. They worked diligently and were very conscientious about being careful not to damage anything, i.e., flowers, etc. The painters were very professional, quality was exceptional, and they did an awesome job. My neighbor told me the house looked new. I would use NW Quality Painting again and I would strongly recommend the company for anyone needing a painting contractor. If I could give them pluses and more pluses I would.

Mike showed up right on time, worked diligently and was compassionate of our feelings and needs. He was truly professional and personable. He was able to math the texture style on the existing walls and ceiling perfectly as well as the 25 year old paint that existed. The work was done in a speedy but quality fashion. Truly recommend this company for ANY painting needs!

(2) painters showed up a little head of schedule time. That was okay. They painted the ceiling and walls for guest bedroom. They finished a lot quicker than I thought they would. They cleaned up everything before they left. The room looks great. I will hire again.

This is to amend my review of 10/24/17. They came back and corrected all the mistakes that were made. They responded quickly and finished the job correctly. They did good!

Excellent quality! Transformed multiple small cracks to perfectly painted. We would definitely use them again.

They did a great job on both, professional and clean. The exterior was a difficult job, and the house looks absolutely great inside and out. Next time I will hire them to do entire interior, as they did a much better job than we did with some of the rooms.

Well, and the results were better than if we had painted it ourselves.

Great! Ample crews were provided for prep and painting days to finish the prep in one day and the painting in a 2nd day. The estimate was clear and detailed. Although they said there would be no changes to the estimate, I was able to add a few areas to the job and adjust the estimate.

After responding promptly to my request for a proposal, things went downhill. Larry is extremely hard to get a hold of. My calls, texts, and emails to Larry would go unanswered for weeks at a time. As far as the job itself, there were quality issues that seemed avoidable. There was rectangular area, around 3" x 5" that was completely missed on the front of the house. It appears it was taped over when the house was sprayed and then never fixed when the tape was removed. Also, it looks as if a trim painter's brush was dropped near the garage door. There was white trim paint splattered all over one section of the garage. I used extra paint that was left to cover these areas; however I feel like these were quality control issues that should have been caught. I've also noticed along the back of my house, very low to the ground, it looks like there is dirt sprayed up and stuck to the house in quite a few places. Along the bottom few boards there are "chunks" of stuff stuck to the house by the new paint. I could probably scrape them off and then repaint the area, but again, I feel like this should have been caught by the crew. A final issue I had was the amount of garbage left around our house. The yard, patio, trees, and driveway were covered in paper and tape. It took me a good hour to go around and clean up the debris left behind; including paper and tape which had blown into my neighbor's yards. Shortly after the job was completed, I received an email from Larry with an invoice and a request to review the job on several websites. I mailed him a check, but instead of reviews, I wrote him an email with my concerns about the final product. In my email, I told him I would not be writing any reviews as I hoped this poor job was an anomaly. This was 2 weeks ago now and I've received nothing back; Larry has however cashed my check. I decided I would write this review in hopes that someone else does not have the same experience I had.

It went well. The bid described the work to be done in detail, and there were no surprises later because the painting was done as promised. Between cleaning/stripping the old paint and applying the new paint the crew showed up several times and in each visit they worked hard and took care of countless details around things like the gutters and lanterns. When they were done my house looked like it had 18 years ago when it was first built. When I accidentally scheduled two other services (HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning) on one of the cleaning/stripping days, the NW Painting crew took this in stride and without complaint moved their truck a few times as well as reordered their planned work so as not to interfere with the other crews' work. The NW Painting crew was unfailingly polite and friendly, and clearly motivated to do a good job.

Excellent! They had a crew come do the scraping and power washing. Then they came back and painted it. Then they sent another crew to do the touch ups and pick up work. I wasn't quite satisfied with the touch ups. I took pictures of the areas I wanted fixed and they came out and fixed them. They wouldn't take any money from me until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their house painted. Their price was not the cheapest but right about the middle, but considering how often you need to have your house painted it's important to remember you get what you pay for.
