John John Concrete

John answered my request for quote quickly, and was one of the only responders to ask questions in order to give an accurate quote. We really appreciated his friendly professionalism, attention to detail and great communication. Once we got our building permit he an Jim came out and started work immediately. We would highly recommend John John Construction and would not hesitate to hire them again.

John was terrific in all respects. He came out the first day to give me an estimate. He brought his crew out the next day to start the demo and prep work. After a short delay due to poor weather and a difficulty in obtaining concrete, he completed the job on the third day. The price was reasonable and the quality of work was top notch! John kept me informed at every step of the work and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him for any concrete needs you may have.

John removed our old cracked and broken driveway and hauled away all debris. He was meticulous in his preparation and laid crushed gravel and rebar. Come the day of the concrete pour he showed his expertise in working on the cement and created an awesome final product. His professionalism and fair price would make me want to recommend him to my friends and family.

Very friendly, very quick. They even had a little extra concrete and poured a little step for my shed for me.

Job went pretty smooth given the nature of the project. John was quick at communication. A month later everything still looks good.

John was easy to work with. He was honest and provided his opinion and thoughts but never pushed a decision on us. He was meticulous with measurements and details to ensure the right amount of slope and care. He even took time to fill in some of the small holes in other parts of our aggregate patio with leftover mix. He was also the most cost effective for the job. We have another small patio expansion we'll be doing within the next year or two and will be bringing him back for that.

It went very well. The final product was fantastic. John even helped fix the storm drain issue we encountered. He did it all.

Excellent!! I would give John my highest recommendation. My back yard was in bad shape, basically unusable. John removed the old chain link fence along with all the sod, pavers and concrete. He replaced the grass with a beautiful 35 ft x 50 ft sport court. I asked John if he could build a wood privacy fence around the court. I couldn't find a contractor willing to do both the concrete and the fence. While John doesn't specialize in fences, he said "no problem". I also asked John if he could break up, remove and replace my old driveway and patio. Again "no problem, happy to do so". Both the sport court and driveway were large pours, 20+ yards each. John's crew did a great job and took great care to assure the slabs were perfect. John is a perfectionist and it showed in all of his work. John has an excellent work ethic and he always showed up on time and was always at the house when he said he would there!! In addition John finished the project early. It took less time than he had estimated. It was a big project and it completely transformed my back yard. John's prices were very reasonable and were SIGNIFICANTLY less than other bids. I added a few extras along the way that we hadn't planned on and they were all very affordable. The quality of John's work is impeccable. He is a true craftsman and artist. While John specializes in concrete, he really went above and beyond building the cedar fence. It is beautiful and incredibly well built. My neighbors are all impressed as well!

We had searched for someone to do concrete work for about a year before we found these guys. Great people, excellent work, terrific price and very fast. This is a five star company!

Originally we were going to get a patio made in an area that was away from our original patio. We were convinced that extending the patio out would make better use of our money. This did not disappoint. They were able to do it before the scheduled time and did it in a timely and efficient manner. I thought it would take more time, but it was done within the week. I am very happy with the service and how friendly they were.

Near perfect! In practically all phases of work for the 3 fairly small jobs, both John and Tim were excellent to work with. John was especially helpful in the orientation and design of stair forms up against a nursery stone wall that needed a better foundation! Easy to work with, fair price, punctual, conscientious and honest...what's not to like? These guys are great. I highly recommend them.

John and Tim from John John Concrete Construction are phenomenal. Ours was a tricky project; avoid a newly seeded septic system drainfield adjacent to the work area, demo and remove large, uneven aggregate slabs, remove part of an exterior stairway, shore up an upper deck that had 4x4 posts sitting on top of the old slabs, pour new footings for correctly installed 4x4 posts, excavate the entire area and prepare for the concrete pour. They went above and beyond their original scope. Their workmanship is flawless. They saved all the flower bulbs that were necessarily disturbed and moved a large planter to a safer spot. Their concern and consideration is exceptional. The site is down a slope and around a sharp corner with limited access. They brought equipment to remove and dispose of the old materials and to bring the concrete from the driveway down that slope and around that corner. Their skills are impressive. It's a stamped patio with a two-tone gray color. The end product is stunning. They knew exactly what needed to be done to achieve those results. And another important point, they are both really nice people; easy to work with and enjoyable getting to know. John John will be our go-to person for any future concrete work.

John and Tim were able to work us into their schedule quickly and did more than I asked for. They sawcut and removed concrete, excavated, formed and poured an extension to our RV parking area. The pour included an 8-inch high curb that serves as a little retaining wall. They are hardworking and demonstrated integrity. I wet-cured the slab under plastic for a week. Although concrete finishers often neglect to recommend this, it will greatly improve the strength and durability of your project.

John and his crew are hardworking and do a great job at a fair price. I was impressed with the care that they took to make sure the drainage was correct on our driveway and sidewalks. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time we have hired John John Concrete. As before, John was kind, polite, knowledgeable and professional.

John dug up old partial slab, leveled ground, formed and poured larger concrete slab in back of the house for parking. I'll be placing a shed and carport on it later for future use. I received 3 bids and John had the most reasonable price for the quantity and quality of work that was performed; which was excellent. He was responsive and very good about communication throughout the process. John listened to my needs and wants and was agreeable to minor adjustments. He completed the job, start to finish, in 3 days.

These guys are so good. They did my new driveway years ago and I was very pleased so I called them again for this project. Without a doubt I would hire them again. And I would recommend them to anyone in need of concrete work. So good, professional, prompt, clean up, everything and more. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. Currently I am prepping and planting the areas I asked them to leave open for gardening. WOW!

John John Concrete is excellent. Professional, easy to work with, good follow up and follow through. I was always kept informed of the schedule and progress daily. I was pleased with the outcome as they matched the existing aggregate finish. Good workmanship and a great value.

John and crew did a great job. We had a few bad weather days that caused some delays in pouring concrete. John always answered my calls or, if not available, he always called me back. I did appreciate that.

John was busy too but called us after a couple weeks. He was able to meet with us right away to take a look at the job. He sent us a quote via email before he drove away. We needed to wait for him to fit us in but he was able to get the job done within a couple weeks of first coming out. He did it over a couple days. He always showed up when he said he would and kept us notified. He did an excellent job and we could not be more pleased.

They did a beautiful job, very professional and conscientious work, and well designed drainage. I would not hesitate recommending them. They also performed the work prior to schedule. I am very pleased.

AMAZING!  We tried for months to get someone to come out to repair our deteriorating front steps and they either didn't respond because the job was too small or said there was no way to cut through the concrete without taking down the entire porch.

John responded to my first email quickly, and once he had time to do the job he arrived right on time and went to work with his crew.  I held my breath at first when I saw the concrete being sawed apart, but the front steps came out better than I thought possible.  The aggregate concrete matches the sidewalk perfectly, and the new steps look better than the original ones did when the house was new. 

So impressed!
