Whenever, I have collected bids for this type of work, I have always had a difficult time predicting how the individual will ultimately perform and complete the work based on past contractor experiences I have had. I have had several experiences where I have felt the work was over promised and under delivered.. In this particular case after meeting with Primo finishing my instincts to hire them were correct! Meeting Mr. Vincent in person immediately provided me with confidence! This individual has a wealth of knowledge and experience! His personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to under promise and over deliver is a testament to him, his company, and this companies craftsmanship! His company produces an extremely high end result in my opinion! I do not claim to know the first thing about concrete, or coloring and stamping concrete for that matter, but the caramel color and stamping this individual did for me produced a result that is visually perfect! It is exactly what I visioned, and the results literally appear to be significantly more valuable than what it cost me! What I mean by this is, had I known the result prior to the bid I would have expected to AND would have PAID quite a bit more than I did. I am so grateful I chose Primo to do my driveway! I highly highly recommend Primo finishing for any concrete work! Primo exceeds all expectations from their punctuality, to their professionalism, and their overall prompt - transparent communication.
