"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Paul also cleaned up the interior and exterior areas where he worked and everything was immaculate after he left. Can't of better than Washington Door Service,"

"Best local windows company! This is 2nd time we chose Bel-Red Windows & Doors. Their quotes were the lowest we got, and the quality of work was superior! The 2nd time the manufacturer made one of the big window wrong side, the installer told me to hold on the payment until they came back to replace the window. I wouldn't be able to tell the mistake if the installer didn't tell me. They made a rush request to manufacturer and fixed the problem in a few days."

"I LOVE MOSS COMPANY! When we got to Eric, we had already gone through 3 other door contractors (home depot, lowes, and lowes again). All the prior contractors came in to measure our front door and we never heard from them again. We are new the area so we didn't have many recommendations to go by, but I came across Eric's company online and read the reviews, called and hoped he would give us the same type of service as described from others. He did not disappoint! He was so attentive to us (most of our other contractors only spoke to us for 3 mins), looked over our door situation, described what type of services we'd be needing, and was honest about his prices. "We needed a custom (person) door installed into our garage, replacing an existing window. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. We are very happy with how professional, accurate, and timely they performed the job. We'd definitely hire them again."

"The installers showed up on time to install 5 windows and a front door. The windows were installed quickly with no problems. However, this house was built in the 40's so it wasn't a normal job to install the front door. The technicians had to rebuild the door framing in order to install the door. They accomplished this all on the same day and it looks and works perfectly! All technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. I'm very happy with what they accomplished!"

"Jack provided an estimate for the work that fit into my budget. Jack and his crew were friendly, informative, timely, and paid attention to detail. Jack adjusted his work schedule to my needs, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I had most of my bathroom torn out and converted a 30" tub/shower unit into a 36" spa shower using the Kohler Tresham 60x36" unit with integral right hand seat, tile going up to the ceiling, shampoo cubby and rain glass shower doors. Also had tile flooring moving from the bathroom out into an L-shaped hallway, all smooth with no threshold. New 17" Kohler toilet, sinks, mirrors, hardware, lighting and heat/fan, Cambridge Quartz 8 ft vanity top, etc. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the communication. The bathroom and hallway look wonderful. And best of all, the cost did not exceed the estimate. We will be calling upon Jack for an estimate on a basement remodel shortly."
