Excellent product and performance. I arranged for an Amarr garage door and installation through Costco. Door Pro America did the installation. The experience was perfect from initial consultation through installation. Installation was done on time and as scheduled and took less than 3 hours. (The job included removing and disposing of the old garage door and associated hardware.) New door came with new spring and tracks other hardware and perimeter seals and installer reprogrammed the garage door opener. Garage door has a lifetime warranty.R

Excellent work and an outstanding final product. I had three estimates for the job and they were definitely competitive (being associated with Costco pushed them over the top). On installation day the two installers stayed in communication with me, arrived on time, and completed the installation (three bays and new motors/rails) much more quickly than I expected (one day). Way more capabilities than we had before, a warmer garage, and super quiet. We should have done this years ago, and are glad we used Door Pro America.

I purchased two Liftmaster 87504 3/4 HP BeltDrive garage door openers that were installed on the scheduled date March 15, 2023. Installation was completed within a couple of hours, and they work well. I enjoy the remote control and camera features that I can access through my phone app. I recommend getting the battery backup. I just used it when my power went out for 20 hours this month.

DoorPros installed the door November 19th 2020 without the proper fitting rubber seal at the bottom of the door. They have yet to finish the job as of January 6th 2021. I have paid in full for the door and still without the completion of the job. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.

This company does many promotions through Costco, I signed the paperwork 10/27, I was told that it would be completed in 30 days as the doors are made to order. Installation did not happen until 1/5. When the installer arrived, the door was a special order and not the standard ~16 foot door. He called in the correct size and waited for it to be delivered from Kent. The door did not have the windows I ordered, and the bottom panel was dented. So now I wait another 2 weeks to get the panel with the windows and the bottom panel replaced. The product is great quality. There is no question about that. My Issue: - The project took 12 weeks not 4 and took 2 visits. I work out of my home so this is very disruptive to my business. - The salesman wrote down the wrong phone number and credit card. It took the office 1 week to contact me about the credit card. They transposed the number AGAIN and it took another week to call me to correct that problem. - The salesman who came to my house to measure my door, made a mistake of the door size. The door was custom rather than the standard size door. I contacted the office to see if I had paid more for the custom size. The gal who does the scheduling wasn't able to answer that question, so I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could answer the billing question. She said they would get back to me the next day. No call. I've sent an email, no response. I asked to have a manager call me again when scheduling the final install. No return call. Makes me think that I paid for a custom door I didn't need. I will never again work with this company. There is no integrity or empathy for the customer. When you see them in Costco, keep walking.

Excellent service. The service tech who did the install did it all on his own (which seemed like a huge job to me, but he said it was a typical work load). It took about 9 hours to do the whole job, and the garage looks fantastic, but even better, the doors work seamlessly and almost silently! The technician was knowledgeable, prompt, worked through the full day, cleaned up after himself, and took all his trash with him. Tech walked us through use of the system, safety elements, how to disengage and re-set the garage door openers, what the keypads and smartphone apps do and don't do, and even noted when we asked that although he wasn't certain, LED bulbs in the openers might cause problems with door safety beams. I would hire them again.

everything was timely and professional.  had an estimate on monday and garage door and opener was installed by friday for my mom's house.  this is the second door (different house) i've purchased from door pro.  would buy again!

Went through Costco's garage door service.  John provided prompt quote and revised quote.  Two installers spent about
4 hours putting up 3 doors.  New doors and openers are smooth and quiet.  Had issue with 3 trim pieces that were wrong shade.  The installer came back in 3 days and reinstalled the right shade. 

The doors were just as promised, communication was great and the crew did a tremendous job installing and arriving on time. Overall very happy with the service!

The sales representative, John, responded in a timely manner from the initial contact with the company thru a slight hitch in instructions on the day of install.  He was very easy to work with, not pushy but interested in our needs and did not try to upsell.  We had already gotten a quote from another company so knew what we wanted. 

 Door Pro America is one of the approved Costco providers and we are "sold" on this service that Costco provides to its membership. Turnaround time, from signing the contract to installation, was so quick we were not prepared to accept the first date offered! 

Today was installation day.  We were given a call an hour before the technician showed up (very thoughtful) and the tech was prompt.  Ken worked steadily from the time he parked his truck until work was completed.  The only hiccup was that his work orders did not show installing a garage door opener and we had ordered one.  No problem: a phone call to the sales rep verified the purchase and a phone call by Ken to the company office resulted in the opener being delivered right away.  No time lost and no need to be upset.

Eventually (but not for many years I trust) we will probably have to call for service, as anything with moving parts tends to wear out or need to be tweeked.  No problem.  We will not hesitate to place a call to Door Pro America.

Installer worked quickly and efficiently. I am honestly impressed that this was a one-man job. Nice work, now i know who to tell my friends about.

We called in the morning for a broken spring on our garage door. They were able to come out that afternoon. The crew called ahead of time to let is know they were on their way. They arrived on time with all the parts necessary to complete the job. They did a great job, very professional and very helpful. Very reasonable on price also. Highly recommend for garage door maintenace.

The installation crew (Joel) was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

They ordered the wrong door. They finally got back to us and it worked out fine. They did take care of it and the door is nice. They arrived on time when they were supposed to.

I requested an in-home visit to discuss the replacement of my garage doors.  The company representative was on time and responded to my questions.  I requested a copy of the paint disk to submit to my homeowner's assn. for the necessary approval.  He did not have one with him but assured me that he would arrange to have it sent via snail-mail.  After waiting several weeks I contacted him by e-mail but got no response.  I subsequently called the company head-office and the paint disk was received promptly.  
Scheduling the installation went smoothly once I had received the okay from my homeowner's assn.  Lorenzo arrived on time and talked me through his process.  He then started the demolition and installation that went very well with his devising a solution to a problem with sloping pavement on one side.  On completion of the installation and testing to ensure that the system worked well he took the time to teach me how to operate it.  Clean-up in the garage and driveway was exceptional.   I discussed, with him, my desire to have a key-fob door opener and we reviewed the brochure to ensure that one was available and then he provided me with the phone number to call to order it.  
On calling the office I gave them the name and number of the key-fob that was listed in the brochure, provided my credit care information so that it could be ordered and billed to my account.  I was notified that the part was in and we agreed on a date that it would be delivered.  The wrong part was delivered.  After contacting my credit card company to verify that they had billed for the part I contacted the office again and provided the correct ordering information.  I was told I would need to provide my credit card information again as it was a special order.   I told her that the company had already billed me through my credit card company and suggested that she check their records.  After some hesitancy she agreed to do so.  Finally on April 29th the requested key-fob arrived.
The initial contact was March 5th followed by a delay until April 16nd when the doors were installed and then a further delay until April 29th when the key fob was delivered.  My overall grade of "B" was due to the lack of service/follow-up by the Kent office with my orders.  They also account for the grade of 'B" on responsiveness.
The manufacture of the doors and the installation of them by Lorenzo deserves an "A" in all categories.
