"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. Lake Washington Winows & Doors did an in-person estimate, sent a second person to take measurements, and sent an install crew. The install crew (Crisanto, Johan, and Moises) were magicians with how the cut out the old window, framed the door, and installed the new custom door. They finished quicker than estimated and clean up before they left. They spent extra time detailing the outside framing and weather proofing of the install. "Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it.
