I have had to completely uninstall and reinstall the roof. He clearly has no experience with roofing. No drip edge, incorrect "cap shingles", incorrect placement of shingles at edges (no overlap). This is going to cost me more than the original roof would have cost had John not completely botched this job. I have receipts, and will be taking him and his company to small claims court to recover damages. Run away from this guy. Nothing he did was correct here. Hire at your own risk.

He left the jobsite leaking so then the boards below needed to be replaced so he charge me more. Told me he had told me about it, but that was not true 300 more dollars for the problem he caused. Threw cigarette butts on my property, yelled and screamed at each other in my home, and after I had to go home and rest cause I have a migraine he calls me and throws more problems at me to try to get more money with absolutely no solutions and then hung up on me when I told him it was unprofessional so you choose, but I am saying this is terrible unprofessional?. He says oh I am such a nice guy. I am Christian. I am such a nice guy, but his behavior is totally horrible. Just because he says he is a good guy. Does not mean he is do not be fooled. Said he would be done Thursday evening left Thursday evening. I am done said he would be there Friday morning to finish Friday 3 PM. He had not even gone to the site. He said oh I will be there on Monday just no-show no call no text nothing just no-show.

"Customer was satisfied with everything until she went on trip , after a conversation with friend then she wanted changes which we did for free of charge. We strive to make every customer happy but some people let their emotions get out of hand and make situation that are simply intoxicating for both parties but we do not agree with her assessment of situation and others have looked at the work and said there's nothing wrong with it so it's a you can't make everyone happy"

All Mighty Maintenance Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had trouble finding a contractor to repair a chain link fence. I got in touch with John with All Mighty Maintenance services and he met me same day and performed the repair the same day as well! Super pleased with how prompt he and his helper were and with how the repair turned out.. They do great work for a fair price! Highly recommend this company to anyone.
