We were selling a farm house property and at the last minute the buyer's mortgage company required that a large dilapidated barn be removed before the sale could close. Because of our short timeline and the location's rural location, we had a hard time finding an contractor. TILT offered a bid at a reasonable price and did the job exceedingly well. "I highly recommend Lukas for your excavation needs. I just finished building a house in North Spokane where I worked as my own general contractor. I didn?t have any knowledge or experience in excavation, sewer/water lines, digging in the street, or working with the city on the permit process. Lukas helped me with it all including preparing the site for footings, foundations, grading the alley and driveway and was also able to provide the street obstruction permit and bond (which I could not get). Lukas also helped with removing 4 trees and even hauled off them + many other loads of construction debris. He gave me guidance on all the plumbing parts, water lines, suppliers even helped me connect them all the way to my main line in the house. "A very impressive company. Daniel met us at our home within one day of our request for an estimate. He told us what the work would entail and answered all of our many questions. He was able to schedule the job within 10 days thereafter. He ALWAYS returned our phone calls before and during the job. We had met with two other paving companies and were unimpressed with both of them. Black Diamond crew and equipment arrived exactly when expected. Daniel texted us that morning to advise that he would be 10 minutes late. He arrived 10 minutes later. They prepped the existing driveway thoroughly and worked incessantly on two very hot days. Our driveway includes a basketball area, and a fork off to a pole barn. They had to remove several sections of the driveway that had deteriorated with age, then they built up those areas and lastly put down 1 1/2+ inches of asphalt over the entire 8,450 sq ft . The two young men, Christian and Josh were both kind and respectful and always willing to do whatever we asked of them. They took care in planting the many new plants, moving existing plants to new locations, removing old landscaping weed block, beauty bark and dying shrubs and replacing it with new weed block and river rock. They cleaned up after their work and hauled away all debris. They did a beautiful job and the yard looks fantastic!"
