During the 1960's, chemical weed and pest control began to grow, expanding the family business. In the 1080's, after four successful decades, Bill Senske handed over the reins to his youngest son, Chris. Chris expanded the family business into new territories including Yakima and Kennewick, Washington. Today, the company headquarters are located in Kennewick, Washington and helps supports all branch functions and growth. Today, Senske has developed quality and competent staff in an array of service areas who can offer residential and commercial services including: lawn care, tree care, weed control, grounds maintenance, pest control, irrigation services, Christmas Decor holiday Lighting, and snow and ice removal. "Terrible. The guy was using a broken apparatus and the liquid mix for the injections was pouring onto the ground. I suspect that, because of loosing so much of it on the grounds, the trees did not receive the dosage required. Previous 2 years, not a problem and the bugs were gone. These trees are shade to my deck. Can't get anywhere near them now and Senske will not respond to re-treating the trees. I have emailed and I have called, countless time. No response to emails and calls are always the same story - "It will take 24-48 hours to get a response". Well, it's been lots of those! NOT ANYMORE! TWO and 1/2 YEARS and they're are a train wreck. Faulty equipment, failed services (that you have PAID FOR on your AUTOPAYMENT PLAN) and you can't get a response, at all, over WEEKS. My message to Senske: Maybe y'all should stop the endless office parties and start taking care of your customers. Try answering the phones or the email system that you recommend "Many of our Clients prefer to send an email for a for a Quick Answer On The Go". You never respond to anything, actually. SENSKE SERVICES has no idea what one office is, or any area based service, is doing -- 'SENSKE MOTTO: Let's give ZERO customer response and outlook while we F-around and party while good customers become our former customers.' Looks like a good place to start a new landscape company. Somebody will."

"Have used Alderwood twice on large backyard living space projects and recommend them highly. First, they take the time to work with you on a design (they have designers on staff) that incorporates all elements, provide you with material samples, pictures, etc. When we struggled to make decisions they took us “shopping” to see samples (light fixtures, paver types, etc) and helped us visualize. We’ve been really impressed by this process. The construction crews are highly professional. They are thoughtful and careful with neighbors when dealing with moving equipment in and out, noise, and those kinds of things. They are great communicators and set really good expectations about project length and other details. When we asked for tweaks or changes midstream there was never any grousing or grumbling - they were very focused on making sure we were 100% happy.
