"Ken and his crew are beyond professional. They provided top-rate service from beginning to end. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled,respectful, communicative, friendly, and timely. Ken referred me to an arborist on his first visit to give an estimate, with whom I consulted about the job, getting yet another professional opinion about what was best for the trees. The approach that Ken's company uses, which requires free climbing of the trees with ropes and shimmying up the trunk of the tree is the healthiest technique for trimming these huge trees, and they have the technical skills and equipment necessary to make everything go safe, smooth, and efficient. I was truly in awe watching them free climb around the massive trees with harness and ropes attached and a chainsaw hanging from their harness with ease. Ken and his office manager helped me through the permitting process and gave me encouragement to help get me through the red-tape which for a first timer can be intimidating. They cleaned everything up, taking all tree materials that they removed, chipping, blowing, and detailed clean-up. We used this service for view preservation and were thankful that we had a professional who was also so well versed in the health of the trees. I would definitely refer others to this service and Ken will be my go-to for any further tree service I might need. One note I would like to add is that Ken is very busy in the field all day everyday and sometimes might take awhile to get back to you because of this, but I noted that extremely important calls from me were given priority and returned promptly.
